i got it drop in the dungeon heart of the shiverpeak or sumthin like that, got from chest after killing the very annoying worm boss cynder or somethin like that Stats are in pic but just incase ill write em down too ------------- energy +15 15-22(req 9 energy storage) Halves Skill Recharge Of Spells (20% Chance) Halves Casting Time Of Spells (10% Chance) +30hp
